Vice President of Business Development Joins Associate Board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver

BGCMDRAS & Associates announces that Vice President of Business Development, Rob Ernstsen, has been accepted to the Associate Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Denver. Members of the board focus on fundraising and networking with like-minded community members to aid the Denver Boys & Girls Clubs in achieving its mission to help Denver youth gain the developmental assets they need to succeed.

In other charitable efforts, Ernstsen fundraises for Children’s Hospital and sponsors a child for the Courage Classic each year. He is also active with the Tennyson Center for Children, a nonprofit that supports Denver youth who face the challenges of higher risk environments.

At RAS & Associates, Ernstsen leads the advancement and execution of sales and business development strategies to ensure key relationships are supported and maintained. He also partners with RAS & Associates’ managers and principals in the continual growth of their client relationships and accounts. Ernstsen’s previous experience in corporate and residential real estate, where he worked with Colorado business leaders to solve complex real estate challenges, has supported the overall process of management and corporate decision-making at RAS & Associates.

“I joined the Associate Board for Boys & Girls Clubs because I have a passion to inspire and enable young people to realize their full potential,” says Ernstsen. “It’s my heartfelt belief that we can curb the high school drop-out crisis, and put at-risk children on a path to a fulfilling future.”

“All of us at RAS & Associates are fully supportive of Rob Ernstsen’s commitment to the Boys & Girls Clubs,” says RAS & Associates’ Founding Partner Rob Swanson. “As a firm, we place high importance on our dedication to improving the Denver community. To us, the best place to start is with our youth.”
