Rob’s focus is and always has been on optimization before revolution. He believes that within most functioning businesses, pragmatic and strategic tweaks to existing operations are nearly always more beneficial than complete overhauls.
In addressing this typically unmet need with Rob’s singular vision, RAS has grown quickly and assertively during its brief existence.Rob’s philosophy on culture, growth, leadership, and innovation are well-regarded and he is regularly invited as a speaker to audiences ranging from universities to the Aerospace & Defense industry. He’s authored contributions to Consulting Magazine, Supply & Demand Chain Executive and Denver Business Journal among other publications. Additionally, Rob serves locally as a board member of the Tennyson Center for at-risk youth, and is well known for his involvement in other Denver non-profit agencies.
Rob earned his MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business after receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate at Colorado State University.

Brian has helped organizations build and maintain capital-intensive networks, within the telecommunications, cable, and utility industries.Brian’s leadership is inclusive and focuses on value, challenging our people to perform to their highest ability. His approach guides innovative solutions that are specific to each client’s unique needs.
Brian earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Colorado State University.
